  • Note:

The Good Reading Scheme is an ongoing activity to motivate students to read more and more books and make them their friends.

In this scheme a student is required to read a certain number of books/pages and earn points on the basis of activities. The good reading books for each class are marked with a slip of a specific colour. The colour for class 4 is white, class 5 is yellow, class 6 is red and for class 7 is green in Junior Library & Class 8 to 10 reading books section is separate in Senior Library. The library tests will be given only on Saturdays and in their respective library periods.

Students are required to keep a record of their books read by them in the form of short summaries including the characters, plot and setting of each story read by them. The details of the book are filled by the students in good reading sheet given in the diary signed by parent and library teacher.

The library blog on school website is enriched with e-books as well as audio books. Students can add on to their reading pages not only from the books issued from the library, but also from the content given in the blog.

The final selection of students will be done on the basis of library tests and points earned for completing the activities given to them in breaks.
  • WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE YOUR NAME IN THE LIST? Read more books write good reviews and actively participate in library activities and of course return the books in time!
